2. General information
We process personal data only as far as necessary to provide this website, registration, the monitoring service, billing or communication.
Legal bases include contractual performance, legitimate interests such as security and stability, and consent where required.
3. Hosting and server logs
When the website is accessed, technically required data may be processed, including IP address, date and time, requested pages, HTTP status code, referrer, browser type, operating system and transferred data volume.
4. Account and registration
When you create an account, we process data such as email address, password hash, plan information, account status and technical usage data.
5. Website monitoring data
To provide the monitoring service, we process website names, URLs, intervals, status data, HTTP status codes, latency values, SSL information, DNS information, alerts and check history.
6. Payments via Stripe
For paid plans, payment processing may be handled via Stripe. Payment and contract-related data may be transmitted to Stripe where necessary.
7. Cookies and local storage
SentriQForge uses technically necessary cookies and comparable storage technologies to operate the service securely. These include login and session functions, security, language preferences and storage of your consent choice.
These necessary storage technologies are required for operation and cannot be disabled in the consent banner.
Optional analytics storage is activated only after you explicitly consent. You can change your choice or withdraw consent for the future at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
8. Internal analytics
SentriQForge uses internal, data-minimised event tracking to understand use of the landing page, demo, pricing and dashboard, improve onboarding and product guidance, and evaluate technical and product-related flows.
Public and anonymous analytics are optional and run only after your consent and while the analytics feature is enabled. Logged-in product analytics are controlled separately and may include a user and tenant reference.
Stored data may include the event name, time, area or source, path without query string or hash, language, plan and a small set of limited metadata such as the number of websites or a selected target plan.
For analytics, we do not store monitored website URLs, check error text, email content, passwords, tokens, API keys, payment data or complete query strings. IP addresses are not stored for analytics purposes, and no user-agent fingerprinting takes place.
We do not use external analytics providers such as Google Analytics, external advertising or marketing tracking, session replay or heatmaps for this purpose.
Necessary storage supports technical operation and security. Optional public analytics is based on your consent. After withdrawal, no new optional public analytics events are sent.
Raw analytics events older than 180 days are deleted automatically by a regularly scheduled cleanup.
9. Notifications and system messages
For alerts, status messages and system notifications, we process event data such as alert type, time, website reference, message text and read status.
10. Error analysis and security
Technical error data, logs and security-relevant events may be processed to keep the service stable and secure. Passwords and secret access tokens are not stored in plain text.
11. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have rights to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection.
